Refund & Returns & Cancellations

1. Cancellation Policy

• Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

• You can cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving the confirmation.

• To cancel, respond to the confirmation email or contact us directly. Once your cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued.

• If you do not cancel within 24 hours, your order will be processed automatically.

• Orders already in processing may be eligible for a 50% refund.

• Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled, but you can return the item under our Return Policy.

2. Return Policy

• Most new and unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

• Return shipping costs will be covered by Fiest Glove if the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).

Damaged or Defective Products

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must return it within 7 days of delivery.

• Once we receive and verify the damage, a full refund will be issued.

3. Exchange Policy

• You may exchange any item within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

• Exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Once we receive the returned product, the replacement item will be shipped promptly.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are processed within 30 days from the date your return is delivered to us.

• Refund timeline includes:

  • Transit time for the return: 5–10 business days

  • Processing by our team: 3–5 business days

  • Bank processing time: 5–10 business days

In most cases, refunds are received faster.
